Fabrication and installation of a heavy-duty overhead crane gantry system and connecting pedestrian bridge across an active logistics hub. Designed for 50T crane loads with future rail integration provision.
The structure spanned an active road and required zero traffic interruption. Installation had to be executed in a single overnight window per span using a coordinated crane lift sequence.
All gantry sections were pre-assembled and pre-tested in our yard before transport. Lift plans were engineered for simultaneous 4-crane operations. All bolted connections were pre-torqued and validated before going to site.
All 4 installation phases completed within planned overnight windows. Road never closed for more than 6 hours. Gantry load-tested to 110% rated capacity with zero deflection exceedance.
