Nesting & Programming
Optimised nesting maximises material yield. Cut programs generated with appropriate parameters per material and thickness.
Cutting & Deburring
Parts cut to exact profile. Automatic deburring and edge cleanup applied. Bevel cuts programmed for weld preparation.
Inspection & Dispatch
First-off and in-process checks against drawing. Parts labelled, stacked, and dispatched with material certs.
