Material Selection & Setup
Raw material verified against spec. Workholding fixtures designed for first-piece accuracy and repeatability across production runs.
Machining Execution
First-article inspection at each major operation. In-process gauging ensures dimensional compliance before the next setup.
CMM Verification
Final CMM report generated for every part. Critical dimensions reported against drawing nominal and tolerance.
Surface Treatment & Dispatch
Parts cleaned, deburred, and finished as required. Individually wrapped and packaged with inspection reports.
