1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging RJ Fabricators for any fabrication, machining, welding, or related industrial service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or this website.
2. Services
RJ Fabricators provides industrial fabrication services including but not limited to structural steel fabrication, CNC machining and precision parts, custom metal fabrication, certified welding works, laser and plasma cutting, and pre-engineered building (PEB) supply and erection. All services are subject to formal quotation, scope agreement, and signed purchase order before work commences.
3. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by RJ Fabricators are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only upon written acceptance of a purchase order by RJ Fabricators. Prices are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices if material costs fluctuate significantly after quotation.
4. Delivery & Lead Times
Lead times stated in quotations are estimates based on production schedules at the time of quotation. RJ Fabricators shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to raw material shortages, force majeure events, transportation disruptions, or client-side delays in providing approved drawings and technical data. Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery to the specified site or handover to a nominated carrier.
5. Quality & Inspection
All work is carried out under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Inspection and test records are maintained for all critical weld joints and structural members. Clients may request copies of mill certificates, weld procedure specifications (WPS), and procedure qualification records (PQR) for projects requiring traceability. Any quality objections must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.
6. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are as agreed in the formal quotation and purchase order. Typical terms are 30% advance with order confirmation, 60% against dispatch, and 10% within 30 days of site acceptance. RJ Fabricators reserves the right to suspend work or withhold delivery for overdue payments. Interest at 18% per annum may be charged on amounts outstanding beyond agreed payment dates.
7. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, specifications, and technical documents prepared by RJ Fabricators remain the intellectual property of RJ Fabricators unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-supplied drawings and designs remain the property of the client. Neither party shall disclose the other's confidential technical information to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
RJ Fabricators' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profit, loss of production, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
10. Amendments
RJ Fabricators reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
