Material Procurement & Testing
Mill certificates verified, incoming steel tested for grade, hardness, and dimensional accuracy before entering production.
CNC Cutting & Beam Processing
Plasma and CNC cutting for precision profiling. Beam drilling, coping, and notching executed to fabrication drawings.
Welding & Assembly
AWS-certified welders execute fillet, butt, and groove welds to WPS. Sub-assembly jigs maintain dimensional accuracy throughout.
QC Inspection & Surface Prep
NDT testing (UT/MPI), dimensional checks, and blast cleaning to SA 2.5. Primer and finish coatings applied per spec.
Delivery & Erection
Piece-marked and sequence-loaded for site. Our erection teams handle lifting, alignment, and final bolting under supervision.
