The project required pressure vessel fabrication to ASME standards in a compressed timeline, with zero margin for weld defects due to explosive gas containment requirements. Remote site access limited heavy lift equipment.
We pre-assembled all major pressure components and vessels in our facility with 100% radiographic weld inspection. Site installation was planned in modular lifts achievable with 50T cranes available locally.
Plant commissioned on schedule. All pressure vessels passed hydraulic and pneumatic tests first-time. Client has since ordered Phase II expansion (3× capacity).
