The client required an operational factory within an aggressive 14-week deadline, with expansion provisions built in. The site had soft soil conditions requiring modified column base designs and additional pile loads.
We deployed concurrent fabrication and civil teams, pre-fabricating structural bays off-site while civil work progressed. Portal frames were designed with modular bay widths of 24m to allow future expansion without structural modification.
Delivered 11 days ahead of schedule. Zero rework on structural connections. Client expanded Phase II within 8 months using the same portal frame system.
